English: delete your account and all data
In the app (immediate)
- Open AryOLingo on the parent's phone and sign in.
- Go to Settings and pass the parental check (enter your Parent PIN, or solve the multiplication sum shown, for example 7 × 8, if no PIN is set).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red button Delete my account and all data.
- Read the warning, tap Delete everything and pass the parental check once more.
The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You are signed out and the e-mail address can be used to sign up again.
By e-mail
If you can no longer use the app, write to aryolingo.support@gmail.com from the e-mail address of the account with the subject "Delete account". We may ask a simple question to confirm you are the parent. We finish within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- The parent account: e-mail address, name, sign-in, profile and push notification token.
- Every child profile in the family: name or nickname, age, avatar, words, points, coins, items, pets, streaks, badges, game and adventure progress, wishes, league data and event progress.
- Chat messages and all voice recordings (voice recordings are off by default).
- The children's device sign-ins and pairing records, so the child's device is unlinked.
If another parent shares the family, only your own account is deleted; the family, the children and the other parent stay. When the last parent deletes their account, the whole family is deleted.
What may be kept
Nothing personal is kept by us. Purchase records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies and by tax law, and we have no access to your payment details. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Routine backups at our hosting provider are overwritten within 15 days.

En la app (inmediato)
- Abra AryOLingo en el móvil del padre o la madre e inicie sesión.
- Vaya a Ajustes y supere la comprobación parental (introduzca su PIN de padres o, si no hay PIN, resuelva la multiplicación que aparece, por ejemplo 7 × 8).
- Baje hasta el final y pulse el botón rojo Eliminar mi cuenta y todos los datos.
- Lea el aviso, pulse Eliminar todo y supere la comprobación parental una vez más.
El borrado se hace al instante y no se puede deshacer. Se cierra su sesión y el correo se puede usar para registrarse de nuevo.
Por correo
Si ya no puede usar la app, escriba a aryolingo.support@gmail.com desde el correo de la cuenta con el asunto "Borrar cuenta". Podemos hacerle una pregunta sencilla para confirmar que es el padre o la madre. Terminamos en 30 días como máximo.
Qué se borra
- La cuenta del padre o la madre: correo, nombre, inicio de sesión, perfil y token de notificaciones.
- Todos los perfiles de niños de la familia: nombre o apodo, edad, avatar, palabras, puntos, monedas, objetos, mascotas, rachas, insignias, progreso de juegos y aventuras, deseos, datos de liga y progreso en eventos.
- Los mensajes del chat y todas las grabaciones de voz (las grabaciones de voz están desactivadas por defecto).
- Los inicios de sesión de los dispositivos de los niños y los registros de vinculación, así que el dispositivo del niño queda desvinculado.
Si otro padre o madre comparte la familia, solo se borra su propia cuenta; la familia, los niños y el otro padre o madre se quedan. Cuando el último padre o madre borra su cuenta, se borra toda la familia.
Qué se puede conservar
Nosotros no conservamos nada personal. Apple y Google conservan los registros de compra según sus propias políticas y la ley fiscal, y nosotros no tenemos acceso a sus datos de pago. Borrar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción: cancélela en App Store o Google Play. Las copias de seguridad rutinarias de nuestro proveedor de alojamiento se sobrescriben en un máximo de 15 días.
