English: how to delete your child's data
In the app (fastest)
- Open AryOLingo on the parent's phone and sign in.
- Go to Settings and pass the parental check (enter your Parent PIN, or solve the multiplication sum shown, for example 7 × 8, if no PIN is set).
- Find the child, tap Delete child and all their data and confirm.
This permanently removes the child's profile, words, points, coins, items, pets, messages, voice notes, streaks, badges, league data, push tokens and the child's device sign-in. It cannot be undone.
Delete the whole parent account
See Delete my account. In the app, Settings, tap "Delete my account and all data". This removes the account, all children and all progress immediately. Active subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play (deleting the account does not cancel them).
By e-mail
Write to aryolingo.support@gmail.com from the parent's e-mail address with the subject "Delete data". We may ask a simple question to confirm you are the parent. We finish within 30 days. Some records (for example purchase receipts kept by Apple or Google) may be kept where the law requires it.

E-posta ile

En la app (lo más rápido)
- Abra AryOLingo en el móvil del padre o la madre e inicie sesión.
- Vaya a Ajustes y supere la comprobación parental (introduzca su PIN de padres o, si no hay PIN, resuelva la multiplicación que aparece, por ejemplo 7 × 8).
- Busque al niño o la niña, pulse Eliminar al niño/a y todos sus datos y confirme.
Esto elimina de forma permanente su perfil, palabras, puntos, monedas, objetos, mascotas, mensajes, notas de voz, rachas, insignias, datos de liga, tokens de notificaciones y el inicio de sesión del dispositivo del niño. No se puede deshacer.
Borrar toda la cuenta de los padres
Vea Borrar mi cuenta. En la app, en Ajustes, pulse "Eliminar mi cuenta y todos los datos". Esto elimina al instante la cuenta, todos los niños y todo el progreso. Las suscripciones activas deben cancelarse en App Store o Google Play (borrar la cuenta no las cancela).
Por correo
Escriba a aryolingo.support@gmail.com desde el correo del padre o la madre con el asunto "Borrar datos". Podemos hacerle una pregunta sencilla para confirmar que es el padre o la madre. Terminamos en un máximo de 30 días. Algunos registros (por ejemplo los recibos de compra que conservan Apple o Google) pueden conservarse cuando la ley lo exija.
