Terms of Use (English)

Please read these Terms. They are a contract between you (the parent or guardian) and us. Money matters (sections 3, 4 and 5) are written in plain words on purpose.

1. Who we are and who may use AryOLingo

AryOLingo is provided by Fortune Made LLC, a limited liability company located in Utah, United States ("we"). The account holder must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) who is a parent or legal guardian. Children may only use the app on a device paired by their parent and under their parent's supervision. A child is never a party to this contract. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you confirm you are the parent or guardian of the children you add.

2. Your account and your family

Keep your sign-in details and optional PIN private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including your child's use and anything bought on your device or store account. One account belongs to one family. Do not sell, rent, share or give your account to people outside your family, and do not use someone else's account. Give us correct information. Tell us at once if you think your account was misused or a payment was made without you.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Some features need a paid plan (Bronze, Silver or Gold). Plans are monthly. Before you confirm, the store shows the plan, the length of the period, the price in your local currency and any taxes. If we ever offer a free trial or a special first price, the store sheet shows when it ends and what you will pay after that.
• Payment is taken by your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price, and you are charged again, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or before the renewal date shown by Google Play).
• You cancel in your store settings (Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Google Play: Payments and subscriptions). We do not hold your payment details, so we cannot cancel or refund a store subscription for you. Deleting the app or your AryOLingo account does not cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
• No pro-rating. If you cancel in the middle of a period you get no money back for the unused days. If you change plans, the store's rules decide what is charged.
• Price changes: if a price goes up, the store tells you and, where the store or the law requires it, asks for your agreement. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price starts and the plan ends at the end of the paid period. We never charge you outside Apple or Google.
• When a plan ends, paid sections lock again, but nothing is deleted: progress inside paid sections is kept and opens again where your children left off if you subscribe again. Coins, items, pets and one-off unlocks your children earned or bought stay.
• One subscription covers one AryOLingo family (all its children). It cannot be split between families. We do not promise that the store's own family-sharing features share a subscription.

4. Payments, refunds and chargebacks

• Only parents can buy. Every purchase goes through Apple or Google; we never see or store your card number. Purchase screens are behind the parental gate. Children must not buy anything.
• Refunds. Apple and Google take the payment, so they decide refunds under their own rules. We do not give refunds ourselves for subscriptions, coin packs or other digital items, which are delivered to your child's game straight away. Ask the store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: the "Order history" page, "Request a refund"). Contact us if you need help finding the right place.
• Your legal rights stay. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that the law gives you and cannot be waived (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Türkiye). Where the law allows it and you agreed at the store checkout to immediate delivery of digital content, the right to withdraw ends when delivery starts.
• If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back or turns out to be fraudulent, we may take back what it delivered: the coins, items, pets and plan benefits, including coins your child already spent from it. In serious or repeated cases we may suspend or close the account.
• Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank; most problems are solved fast. Disputing a purchase that you made and used, or abusing refunds and chargebacks, can lead to closing your account. We may give the store or payment provider the information they ask for.
• If we make an obvious mistake (a wrong price, or items delivered by error), we may correct it. We may refuse or cancel a sale that breaks these Terms.

5. Coins, points and virtual items

• Coins, points, pets, outfits, event items and other virtual items are part of the game. You get a limited, personal licence to use them inside AryOLingo. You do not own them.
• They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, traded, gifted between families or accounts, or used outside the app. Selling or buying accounts or items is forbidden.
• Virtual items stay on the account while it is active. They are lost, without refund, when the account or the child is deleted or the account is closed for breaking these Terms.
• Everything sold for money has fixed contents, shown before you buy. A coin pack lists its exact items and is the same for every buyer. The monthly items of a plan are a list published for each month, the same for every family. Nothing you pay for is picked by chance. If a child already has an item, it turns into its shop price in coins (the app tells you before you buy). Some free rewards (the Daily Treasure, the calendar chest and Mom’s House gifts) are picked at random; they are always free and can never be bought, and the Daily Treasure shows what can be inside.
• We may change prices, coin amounts and availability, and limited items may not come back. We will not take away something you already paid for, except as these Terms allow.
• Parent reward points are a family tool. Any real-life reward promised to a child is the parent's own responsibility. Parents may give items and sections only to the children in their own family.
• Games and rewards are for fun and learning. There is no gambling, no prize for money and no way to cash out.

6. Parents and children

You decide whether your child uses AryOLingo and what features are on. You are responsible for the child's use, for the pairing code, for keeping your Parent PIN (or the parental gate sum answers, if no PIN is set) away from your child, and for the settings of your phone and store account (for example purchase approval and spending limits). We give you tools for this, but supervision is yours.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; try to hack, scrape, copy or overload the service; share your account to avoid paying; use bots, scripts or exploits to earn coins or league points; upload harmful content; type personal information into name, nickname or message fields (use a nickname, not a real full name); or use the app to contact children you do not know. We may remove content, undo points or items gained by cheating, and close accounts that break these rules.

8. League and family chat

League. Players appear only with a nickname made by the game; no one can type a nickname. A league table has 20 places. Places that real children do not fill are held by computer-controlled players, clearly labelled "Robo" with a robot icon. They leave as real children join. They are not real children, they cannot chat, and prizes go only to real children. Leagues can be switched off by a parent.

Family chat works only inside one family, never between two children and never with outsiders. Report problems to us (see section 18); we will review them and may remove content, limit features or close accounts. We do not read private family messages unless a report or a legal duty makes it necessary.

9. AI features

If you switch on AI word checking, results may sometimes be wrong. A parent can correct words in the app. AI is not a replacement for a teacher.

10. Our content, your content and intellectual property

The app, its characters, stories, art, word lists, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your family. Do not copy, resell or build on them. What your child creates (for example drawings in the Art Atelier, which stay on the device, and messages) stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store, show and play it inside the app for your family, only to run the service. Feedback and ideas you send us may be used by us without payment.

11. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using AryOLingo and delete your data at any time (Delete my data, Delete my account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts a child or others at risk, or is involved in fraud, with notice when reasonable and without notice when needed for safety or to stop fraud. Sections that by nature should survive (for example 4, 5, 13, 14, 15 and 17) stay in force after the account ends.

12. Changes to the service and shutdown

We may change, add or remove features, content and plans. If we end the whole service, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app or by e-mail where possible and, where a paid period is still running, refund the unused part of it.

13. Disclaimers and limits of liability

AryOLingo is an educational game and does not promise a particular learning result. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" as far as the law allows, and we do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us through the stores in the 12 months before the claim (or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing), except where the law does not allow this (for example for death, personal injury, fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or your mandatory consumer rights, which stay unchanged).

14. Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you or your child seriously broke these Terms or the law (for example by fraud or by abusing the service). This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Please write to us first and give us 30 days to fix a problem. If we cannot agree, either side may go to the courts of Utah, or use a small-claims court where it applies. Claims are brought by you on your own, not as a representative or group action, as far as the law allows. None of this removes consumer protections that apply where you live: in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Türkiye you may also go to the courts and authorities of your own country, and these Terms never take away rights you cannot give up.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app or by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply (shorter only if the law or safety requires it). If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel your subscription before the change starts. Using the app after that date means you accept the new Terms.

17. General terms

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about AryOLingo.
• If a part is found invalid or cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give it up.
• You may not hand this contract to someone else. We may hand it to a successor of the service if your rights stay the same, and we will tell you.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of the stores, hosting or internet, disasters, strikes or government action.
• Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app, its support or warranty. If you use the App Store, Apple's standard end-user terms also apply. The English text is the original; the Turkish and Spanish texts are translations to help you, and where the law of your country requires it, the version in your language counts.
